Welcome to the 2006
HED Picturing Change Photography Competition

Entries in the “Picturing Change” photography competition illustrate the activities of HED partnerships and portray the ways both the host country institution and the U.S. institution and their communities benefit from partnership activities. All HED partners were eligible for entry, and submitted photographs were judged on how well they address development themes and on artistic merit. (View the winners from 2003, 2004, and 2005)
