Task Force Charge
The task force is charged to explore overall questions about the Voluntary System of Accountability. The task force will develop
recommendations to answer:
- How can we promote adoption and use of VSA by higher education institutions?
- How can the system be governed, managed and maintained?
- By what process should the VSA be revised or expanded in the future?
- How should the VSA be promoted to a public audience?
- In light of the reality that participating institution VSA information will only be displayed on their own websites, should the VSA develop wording, format, look and feel conventions for all participating institutions so as to respond to public concern about comparability of information
System Design and Information Task Force members are charged to closely monitor the work of the other VSA Task Forces and Technical Work Groups while that work is in process and to raise questions with the other task forces that will prompt them to be aware of these system questions.
