ALO, in cooperation with USAID, is issuing this Request for Applications (RFA) for technical assistance from a U.S. institution to develop a pilot program for internet-based long-term professional development of education policy-makers and administrators in Ethiopia, Ghana and/or Uganda.

ALO will make one (1) award of up to $430,250 for an approximately five-year period to provide on-line training leading to professional certification.
