This is the only program that offers new presidents executive coaching and mentoring throughout the first year to support continued learning and success.

Testimonials - What Presidents are Saying..

“The New Presidents Academy was a terrific experience. It covered a wide range of topics and I feel more prepared to go back to my campus with the confidence needed to take on almost any challenge.”
James Schmidt, University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire

“The NPA group consists entirely of public regionals, so the subjects were more closely targeted to my needs. Congratulations to all of the faculty for your insightful presentations, your thoughtful advice and for helping each of us to recognize that we have common sets of challenges. I’m glad to become acquainted with a new group of friends from which I can draw support.”
Sue Henderson, New Jersey City University

“This Academy was excellent. Every single session taught me something useful. I will be a better president because of this experience. “
Willie J. Hagan, California State University Dominguez Hills
