Login Help

If you know your password, or have received your username and password via email from AASCU, follow the instructions below. If you have forgotten your username and password, follow the steps indicated under Retrieving your Password.

  1. Click on Member Login at the top of AASCU website.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Note: You should use your institution/company email address.
  4. If this is your first time logging in, or you have not yet changed your password, please do so at this time.
  5. You should change your password to something you can remember more easily.
Invalid username and password:
  • You should be using your institution/company email address to login. Our system requires that you have a unique email address.
  • If you have forgotten your password, click on the Retrieve your Password link and your username and password will be emailed to you. Your email address must match the one that we currently have on record.
  • If you are not sure if you have an account with us, click on the Retrieve your Password link to see if you are in our system. If you are in our system, you will receive your username and password via email. Your email address must match the one that we currently have on record.
  • If your email address has changed since your last contact with AASCU, please contact us at 202-293-7070.

Requirements: You must enable cookies in order to use our system. Please check and make sure that your cookies are enabled for www.aascu.org.

Note: Your profile contains personal information. You should never share your password with others. AASCU staff will never ask for your password.

Retrieving your Password

If you have ever purchased an AASCU publication or have attended an AASCU meeting, you may already be in our system. Please try retrieving your password as instructed below.

  1. Click on Member Login at the top of AASCU website.
  2. Click on the Find Me button.
  3. The Retrieve Password window will display.
  4. Enter your email address.
  5. Click Send my Password.
  6. An email will be sent to you with your user identification and password.

If this does not work, please call AASCU at 202-293-7070. Please provide us with as much information as you can so that we can expedite your request.

Note: If you did not receive your password and you are using a spam filter, you may need to configure your email client to allow messages from aascu.org.
