About the Student
Michael Greenwood is from Jacksonville, Alabama, and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. He is now attending Jacksonville State University. His interest in music blossomed with beginner band in seventh grade. From then on, he has enjoyed playing, teaching, learning and listening to music. In addition to playing in the local Gadsden Symphony, the JSU Chamber Winds, and Marching Southerners Colorguard, he enjoys reading, the fiber arts and collecting sheet music and instruments.
