FGV: Nikki Buchheit

Nikki Buchheit is a freshman at Southeast Missouri State University, majoring in Secondary Education – Mathematics. She is a pole vaulter with the Southeast Redhawks Track and Field Team. She was a finalist for the Southeast Missouri State University Jack Buck Scholar-Leadership Award and received a Regents’ Scholarship, which recognizes outstanding academic achievement, and an athletic scholarship for track and field.  Nikki is from Fenton, Mo., and graduated from Rockwood Summit High School in the top 10 percent of her class. She was awarded Student of the Year, Yearbook Journalist of the Year and Photo of the Year honors at the end of her senior year.
