About the Student
Angela Hernandez of Allen Park, Michigan, is the 2006
recipient of the prestigious Lem Tucker Scholarship. She graduated this
past May Summa Cum Laude with her bachelor's degree in Integrative
Public Relations. At CMU, Angela served as president of the Public
Relations Student Society of America, was in the Honors Program, was a
member of the executi ve board of the student-run public relations firm,
PR Central, and was co-chair of the Alpha Leadership Experience
program. Angela has completed several public relations internships
including agency, nonprofit and higher education. Her hobbies include
photography and tennis.
