Consultation with Advisors
Protégés consult with advisors and frame a plan for the next steps in achieving their career objectives. In small groups, protégés meet with advisors to discuss their Professional Development Plan and prepare for the mentoring component that follows the Institute. Protégés are pre-assigned to presidential advisors.
