GrantSearch is an easy-to-access program database
designed for GRC institutions. It profiles more than 2,000 federal and
private funding programs that focus on higher education priorities
The website provides member institutions with
funding-alert publications and private-sector grant opportunities. The
latest legislative news, program guidelines, and federal workshop highlights
are posted daily. The site offers "one-stop shopping" web access
to grant proposal development resources for each federal agency.
GRC’s Proposal Development Handbook and Foundation Grants Handbook are available electronically at
no charge to members.
GRC task forces on health research and education, electronic research administration, and economic and community development have resulted in a broadening of agencies' applicant pools, improvements in the Grants.gov system, and the development of funding and strategy guides.
The year-round GRC web conference schedule provides members with low-cost access to technical assistance, detailed proposal development advice, and information on implementing best practices in research and sponsored programs administration.
Every member is linked with a dedicated GRC advisor to assist with requests regarding grant opportunities, funding trends, and sponsored programs administration. GRC identifies funding sources for institutional projects, connects members with experts across the government and private sector, locates funded proposals, monitors the legislative process and its impact on discretionary funding, and much more.
