2. Degrees of Preparation is a student survey developed under a FIPSE grant.
It is designed to be a beginning for institutions to report on the public good derived from a baccalaureate degree experience. This survey addresses preparation for success in the workplace, preparation for civic engagement following graduation and the acquisition of student skills. It is intended to be administered to freshmen and seniors to allow calculation of change in an undergraduate program.
