In the current economic environment, finding additional external funding to help support your institution’s students, researchers, and administration is more vital than ever. For more than 50 years, AASCU’s
Grants Resource Center (GRC) has enhanced the abilities of its members’ research and sponsored programs offices by providing timely external funding information and valuable grants expertise. GRC is a premium AASCU service that adds additional value to AASCU membership
by providing access to a comprehensive suite of grants publications, services, and resources that improve your office’s efficiency and increase your institution’s success in securing competitive grants from federal and private sponsors.
Members receive three GRC grants publications with timely information on federal and foundation funding opportunities for your campus and the latest updates on funder policies and guidelines. Membership also includes access to the GRC GrantSearch database (with entries on more than 1,500 recurring funding
opportunities), a funded proposal library, and targeted monthly email alerts for anyone on your campus. Finally, GRC staff can conduct funding searches for specific projects and locate funded proposals to help guide your beginning grant applicants.
You can learn how GRC can support your external funding efforts through a free trial and membership overview. After the trial, the cost for joining is reduced for AASCU members and all new members receive a 20% discount during the first fiscal year of membership. The membership
cost is also pro-rated to reflect the month a campus joins.
Contact GRC Director Erika Thompson at
email@example.com or (202) 478-4713 to set up a free one-month trial for your institution. Guided overviews of the GRC membership will be held at 2 p.m. ET on the second Tuesday and Thursday of each month through March 2023. Register
