Constructive
Dialogue: Fostering Trust, Curiosity, and Deeper Learning in the
Classroom is an ADP initiative in partnership with the
Constructive Dialogue Institute focused on providing campus faculty resources and professional development to foster civil discourse and deliberative dialogue within their classrooms and throughout their campuses. Participating faculty will have access to the Constructive Dialogue Institute’s resources,
attend monthly online cohort meetings with faculty across the country, connect in-person and present work at the Civic Learning and Democratic Engagement (CLDE) meeting in Boston in June 2023. Our faculty participants represent 19 institutions from 14 states; they demonstrate how integrating constructive
dialogues should happen across the curriculum, as their subject matter expertise includes history, criminology, justice studies, political science, biology, public relations, English, communication, mathematics, educational leadership, and more. We look forward to the 2022-2023 academic year
collaboration!
