Join AASCU for a
symposium held at the corporate headquarters of Apple, Inc. in Cupertino,
California. This executive briefing is designed specifically for chief academic
officers at regional public universities who wish to learn more about the
intersections of technology and higher education, with a focus on digital
equity, accessibility, student success, and career readiness. The program will
feature speakers from Apple and university partners on the following topics:
- Creativity as a Career Readiness Skill
- The Future of Teaching and Learning:
Trends and Technology
- Defining Digital Equity and
Understanding Its Connection to Affordability
- Impacts of State Policy on Student
- Opening Reception and Tour on March 6 at 4 p.m. (PT)
- Programming to begin at 8 a.m. (PT) and conclude at 5:30
p.m. (PT) on March 7
- Closing Reception from 5:30–7:30 p.m. (PT) on March 7

Registration is open to provosts from AASCU
member institutions only. Capacity is limited to 32
participants. This event will likely fill quickly. AASCU will maintain a
wait list and ask if you register and your plans change, please notify Sara Gassman right away.

There is no registration fee for this symposium. Provosts are responsible for their travel and accommodations.
Provosts may book their own accommodations at one of the following hotels, located a half-mile walking distance to the symposium location in Apple Park. There is no code or AASCU room block.
Registrants will be required to complete a self-guided health screening including an at-home COVID-19 test within 48 hours of the start of the symposium.
