AASCU's New Presidents Academy is the only program that offers new presidents executive coaching and mentoring throughout the first year to support continued learning and success.
The academy is open to first-time AASCU member presidents and chancellors appointed after September 2019.

The New Presidents Academy begins at 4:30 p.m. with the opening general session on Monday, July 27 and ends at the closing dinner on the evening of Friday, July 31. Participants are expected to participate in all sessions and attend all group meals. Detailed schedule will be mailed upon registration. Faculty will be available for individual consultations following sessions at the end of each day.

The registration fee academy program costs, materials and most meals during the four-and-a-half-day program. Participants are responsible for paying their own travel and hotel costs.

waiting list.). All rooms will be assessed a $10 administrative fee per room per night.
Arrive in style and enjoy valet parking at our resort in Carlsbad, California. Six vehicle charging stations are available. Self-parking is not accessible.

after June 26 and prior to July 13 are subject to a cancellation fee of $900 for members and $1,000 for non-members. Cancellations
after July 13 and no-shows are not eligible for
refunds. Refunds will be processed and issued within 45 days of the meeting's
