AASCU is deeply committed to the health and safety of our guests and staff and have put the following guidelines and safety protocols in place for guests visiting our offices at 1717 Rhode Island Avenue NW in Washington, D.C.
Verification of full COVID-19 vaccinated status, including a booster when eligible, is required of all guests attending events at AASCU.
Guests will upload their vaccination status using an online app. If vaccination status is not received prior to the visit, guests will be asked to show proof upon arrival.
Attendees with a documented medical or religious exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine must provide a negative PCR or antigen test conducted within 24 hours before the time they will enter the event.
Attendees will submit documentation of medical or religious exemptions through the online app.
AASCU highly recommends participants confirm a negative test before joining the convening. We will have rapid (antigen) tests available upon arrival.
Face masks are RECOMMENDED at AASCU events. High-quality masks including KN95, KF94, or N95 face masks are highly recommended.
